ComplyAmerica Offers Two Courses

There are two Comply America courses—one for Managers and Supervisors and one is for all employees. EPRMA Members may take advantage of both courses as a benefit of membership. For your convenience we have set up a sample site that you can access for demonstration purposes. You will register as a new employee and be able to take each course in its entirety. ComplyAmerica Managers’ Course

This course is designed specifically for mangers, owners, corporate officers and supervisors. Anyone who hires, fires, promotes, evaluates or supervises other employees should take this class.

At the conclusion of the course the participant will understand the legal risks and exposures associated with Employment Practices Liability Insurance. This is accomplished through the use of real-life visual and or audio scenarios that hold the participant’s attention and reinforce EPLI risk management concepts and practical instruction on how to manage these exposures. Through continuous verification of learning the participant is asked multiple choice questions throughout the training. Each question must be answered correctly before he/she can proceed. When a question is answered incorrectly, the system explains why it is not correct and sends them back to review the question. The system tracks the first answer and scores the test results.

Test results are available to senior management and the training features a system by which designated senior management is notified by email should an individual require additional attention because of a low score.

Course covers American with Disability Act and the entire gamut of EPLI risk management exposures including discrimination and harassment issues (i.e. sex, race, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, retaliation.) The participant will be able to recognize and understand the risk management exposures of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation issues and learn the tools to deal with these types of issues. Recognize and understand discrimination exposures and risks that may arise in the interview, hiring and promotion process

Comply America’s interactive compliance training program is a program that has been reviewed by the EEOC and endorsed by a federal court. After reviewing demonstrations of our courses, I feel confidant that you and your colleagues will agree that we provide the finest discrimination and harassment prevention training programs available today.

ComplyAmerica Employees’ Course

The course for all employees is specifically targeted for the prevention of sexual harassment. This course should be taken by all employees.

Like the Manager’s course it is an interactive training course that begins with the anti-i-discrimination and anti-harassment policy statements of the employer. The employee answers a series of multiple choice questions that demonstrate understanding of employer’s corporate policy.

Through a series of vignettes presented in a streaming video or story board version (for those with limited bandwidth) the participant is required to apply the corporate ant-harassment and anti- discrimination policies to real-life situations.

The results of these sessions are recorded in a confidential data base that make management reports available on a continuous basis. Reports will include employees’ training results and other customized feedback collected through the training program by designated senior management. In addition protocols within the system will promptly alert the designated company officer when an employee wishes to report an alleged sexual harassment or discrimination incident.
