EPRMA Complaint Line Meets Court Requirements
EPRMA is pleased to announce its Employee Complaint Line now available to all its members. The Employee Complaint Line is designed to meet the court inspired requirement that employees be able to report a complaint to their employer. Often for the small to mid-sized employer this is difficult to accomplish. Our toll-free employee complaint line provides a neutral third party that employees may contact to report complaints of harassment or discrimination. The appropriate management facility will then be contacted for follow up.
The complaint line operates 24 hours a day throughout the year. Our operators are thoroughly trained in basic call handling and data processing as well as internet and advanced client systems. We insist on call processing that is courteous, efficient, accurate and professional. Specific client needs are introduced as they come on the system and basic review for familiarization is enforced. For our more complex clients, operators are given additional training and review to assure the necessary understanding.
The center is serviced by high-speed, secure PRI T-1 lines that facilitate quick response to all calls. We also maintain client-specific audit trails that allow us to monitor all systems for up to one year. The protection of employee records is also crucial to the Complaint Line. Our protections include employee agreements and HIPPA restrictions to which we are fully compliant. Our credit card authorization services are similarly protected.
