At the conclusion of the training, you will understand the legal risks associated with employment practices. This is accomplished through the use of real-life videos or storyboard scenarios that will hold your attention and reinforce EPLI risk management concepts and practical instruction on how to manage these exposures. Through continuous verification of learning, you will be asked multiple choice questions throughout the training. Each question must be answered correctly before you can proceed. When a question is answered incorrectly, the system explains why it is not correct. Your score and test results are based on your first answer. The course is bookmarked meaning that you can stop at any time and return to the section you left and continue from that point.
