About EPRMA

Founded in 2005, the Employment Practices Risk Management Association has enjoyed steady growth and industry influence over its first decade of existence.  The association was established to conduct research and evaluate best practices in the all-important field of employment practices.  Primarily focused on assisting employers with understanding and managing complex risk exposures found throughout today’s workplaces, EPRMA is there for its members.

EPRMA’s Proactive Approach to Workplace Risks

Organized as a risk management research and training platform, EPRMA is also a registered “Risk Purchasing Group” licensed in the State of Illinois and authorized to procure admitted insurance coverage for its members.  The association offers online management training for management and senior managers for the major employment practice areas and has also provided a toll-free “helpline” to its members directly to its legal colleagues at LaPointe Law PC. and other specialty law firms  The combination of insurance purchasing power, sophisticated online training and its unique legal helpline assist management teams seeking to reduce the frequency and severity of their employee claims and keeping their senior management well-educated on the key factors of risk management in the workplace.
